- Sometimes called crocodile ice fish because of the shape of their snout.
- Around 15cm (5.9in) long. That's not even as long as a ruler!
- Can be white, grey, silver, black or red.
- Make up 95 per cent of all marine life in Antarctica. Lots of friends!
